Mini-HOWTO: Real Audio plugin for Winamp
Winamp is Nullsoft's free MP3 player that can also play WAV files and other file formats. Before continuing with this HOWTO, you need to have Winamp installed. Please take a moment to download and install Winamp at this time if you have not already done so.
Step 1 - Install Software:
In order to to listen to Real Audio files and streams in Winamp, making sure Winamp is closed install the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack and the Tara Real Audio Plugin for Winamp. You should then be able to listen to Real Audio (www.real.com) files and streams in Winamp.
(Note: It is not reccomended by Winamp's website that you install the actual program "Real Player". Just install K-Lite Mega Codec Pack and you can use the Real Audio codecs it provides.)
